ONLINE BOOKING

In order to secure your appointment date and time, you must have a card on file. Your card will not be charged for booking the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before, you will be charged 50% of the service price and the remaining half is due after the service. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, you will be charged 50% of the service price and it is non-refundable. No call/no shows will be charged 50% of the service price and it is non-refundable.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service price. 

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued. 

SICK POLICY

If you are sick or not feeling well, please stay home and reschedule your appointment. Thanks in advance!

GUEST POLICY

Due to COVID-19 and social distancing requirements, clients cannot bring anyone with them to their appointment. This includes kids, family, friends, etc. So please schedule your appointments accordingly. I do apologize for any inconveniences. 

COVID-19 POLICY

When you arrive for your appointment, check in by texting me at 208-850-8251. Please remain in your vehicle until you receive a response allowing you to come in. The waiting area is closed in compliance with social distancing. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and I will be happy to answer them.
